Here is a suggested list of items you could donate: sugar, instant coffee, healthy cookies/crackers (whole grain), canned fruit juice, 100% fruit and vegetable juices, cereals (high fibre, whole grain or multi-grain, oatmeal), canned or powdered milk, canned fish & meat (salmon, tuna, sardines, corned beef, chicken), canned fruit (peaches, pears, fruit cocktail). Any items can be placed in the food bank bins at Food Basics, Metro (north and south) and Real Canadian Superstore, Freshco and food bank volunteers will pick up or at the food bank location, Unit 12, 55 Sinclair Avenue.
